Questions

Does paying guarantee a positive review?

No. You are paying for review priority and time, not for a positive opinion. If something in your game is holding it back, you hear about it.

Can I submit for free?

Yes. Free submissions join the standard queue and are reviewed as time allows. They are not guaranteed to make it on during the current stream.

What happens if the stream ends first?

Paid reviews carry over and keep their paid tier for the next stream. Free submissions carry over too and keep their place within the free tier.

What is the difference between Priority and Instant?

Priority goes ahead of free submissions. Instant goes ahead of Priority too, so it is the fastest way to get reviewed when the stream is busy.

What do the guaranteed-review add-ons do?

On a paid Priority or Instant review, you can choose one guaranteed minimum review time. The 10-minute option adds $15.00 and the 20-minute option adds $30.00. The operator timer enforces the selected minimum before the review can be marked complete.

How does Daily Luck work?

Free submissions build real spinner weight the longer they wait during the current Pacific day. Daily Luck starts at 1.00x and keeps climbing across the day toward a 10.00x end-of-day cap, then resets at midnight Pacific so waiting from a previous day never stacks into the next one.

Where does my custom message appear?

It appears with your queue entry and live notification. Keep it stream-safe. The private review-focus field is only for Smarty's operator view.
