Fourteen days. No reason needed.

Refund eligibility is based on the policy in effect on the date of purchase.

For anything bought on or after 5 August 2026: email support@smartyrbx.com within 14 days and you get your money back. You do not have to give a reason, and you will not be talked out of it.

Include the email address you paid with and the name of the product. That is everything needed to find the purchase.

You keep the window you were sold under. The 14-day standard applies to new purchases only and does not shorten anything bought earlier.

Scripting Secrets bought before 5 August 2026: up to one year from the date of purchase.

Anything sold with a 30-day window before 5 August 2026: that 30-day window still stands.

These terms apply only to those past purchases. Anything bought on or after 5 August 2026 falls under the 14-day policy above, including a repeat purchase by someone who bought under the older terms.

Refunds go back through Stripe to the card you paid with, and usually land within five to ten working days depending on your bank.

Access to the refunded product ends when the refund is issued. Anything else you own is untouched.

Digital products cannot be sent back, so there is nothing to return and nothing to arrange — the refund is simply given.
