Privacy Policy

When you ask for a free download or buy something, this site stores your email address, your first name if you gave one, and a record of what you own. That record is what unlocks your purchase when you sign in, so it is kept for as long as you have access to it.

Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. Your card details never reach this site — Stripe tells us that a payment succeeded, for which product, and which email address made it, and that is what gets stored.

Emails are sent through Amazon SES. If you unsubscribe, the address is recorded as unsubscribed and skipped on every future send; that record has to be kept precisely so you are not mailed again.

Page views are counted in this site's own database — which page, where the visit came from, and when. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no session recording, and nothing is sold or shared with anyone.

To see what is held about you, or to have it deleted, email support@smartyrbx.com from the address in question. Deleting your data also removes access to anything you bought under it, so say if you would rather keep that.
